- Is my submitted search disclosure secure?
- Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements with all of our clients and the security of your technical and proprietary information is a top priority.
- Will WashPat file a patent application for me?
- No. WashPat only provides cutting edge intellectual property research and does not practice patent law. We can connect our customers with a network of nationwide registered patent practitioners that can prosecute your application.
- Can we purchase file histories and obtain patent copies from you?
- Yes. We can obtain file histories and we own all of the US grant and pre-grant data as well as the EP and WIPO data. Altogether we have access to .pdf copies from over 22 countries.
- Can WashPat provide me with Non-Patent Literature (NPL) searching?
- Do you offer high volume discounts?
- Absolutely! WashPat offers substantial discounts to its clients for high volume work. Also, WashPat performs contract work for research Universities and similar entities.
